Dear Gail,
That's an excellent idea. I like that each class has the potential to reach
the top, much more motivating for all. I don't know why that didn't occur
to me before. Last year was the first time I used the smiley chart, I'm
going to try to use that and incorporate your idea. Thank you so much!
