HELP!
Well, it is eighth days and counting here in Michigan. I am
shelving boxes of supplies and getting the room ready.
Wondering if anyone has had experience with a great room
arrangement. I have a long narrow room, black board and video at one end,
large tables which will set four easily. I used to have them in groupsof
four, I have also tried vertical rows of two tables wide. Last year in an
attempt
to quiet the talking, I put them in horizontal rows across the room.
Couldn't tell if it helped. More awkward passing supplies etc. Sometimes
the larger space of combined tables is needed.
So I have read with interest the late discussion about naming
groups, so I am wondering about arrangement. If anything has really been
successful, please let me know. My class size is usally about 28.

Thanks in advance. Hope you all have a great year and had a
wonderful renewing summer break!
