RE: dried up markers, colored pencils that are impossible to color with,
crayons with sickly hues, eew! no fun! lots of frustration.

I agree. Any child no matter what age deserves good quality materials
and supplies. Does anyone know of an affordable source for good quality
brushes for use with K-5 children? What types and sizes do you feel are
best to have for a program that uses tempera, water color and acrylics?
