repousse and starting school

Try different tools for repousse such as nail setters, ballpoint pens with
the inner pen part removed or screw drivers. They give quite a different
variety of texture to the foil. Also that liquid shoe polish that comes
with a sponge top does very well to finish off. Buff lightly with steel
wool to highlight areas. There is some African art that uses interesting
animal themes for repousse but I can't remember who/where.

Also I noticed Texas is back in school. Any exciting, stimulating, DBAE,
elementary first lesson ideas from you Tex. teachers???
