Job opening

I have just heard of a 'crisis' job search from a district that is looking
for an art teacher immediately! The teacher has tentatively taken another
job as of last Tuesday - and won't be released until a new teacher is
found.

It is a 7-12 position - long established program (since 1970) - new art
room in the last 2 years. 4 high school classes, one 7th and one 8th each
day. On block scheduling - 80 minute prep daily. Small town between the
Quad Cities (Mississippi River) and Peoria (Illinois River, (in fact,
actually commuting distance from either). About 30 miles from Galesburg.

Town is active, art-friendly, has low cost housing.
