Vermiculite?

Geez!!!!!! Are you telling me vermiculite is a safety hazard? In all my
years I never heard that!!! If it is so hazardous, why do they sell it to
the general public to mix with potting soil to grow plants and veggies
without any warning....either verbal or written?
What is "sandcore"?
Working outside in the breeze does away with alot of dust and wraping it in
newspaper before re-entering the room cuts down on alot of mess and dust.
Also, I use a large tub of water for students to quickly douse their
sculpture to get rid of dust when we finish.
What is a "seek and distroy" list? What health organization listed this as
a safety hazard? If you can convince me, I'll eliminate this lesson from
my curriculum projects!!!!!! Cya.........Bunki
