Jen...I "second" Judy's thoughts on videos. Besides being most times
extremely dull, I can't show them because they deal with "sex" in some form
or thought. I teach middle school. I can't even show JARASSIC PARK in my
classroom (PG-13) without parent approval forms collected! Can you imagine
if I showed the beginning of cubism and Picasso's nudes? "What's a
brothel, Mrs. K?" Lordy!!!! Of course, these middle school kids could
probably teach US a few things!

and often, if you check your local listings, you can stumble across some
good art education videos and copy them free for your class. The price is

high school it would have been good. Also, sometimes you might not get what
PBS is offering in your particular area so you need to also check your
