I use adult old adult men's sized t-shirts slit up the back to the neckline.
I leave the neckband intact. They are very easy to put on and they cover
well.
I had a bunch of old t-shirts that my kids left when they went to college
but you could probably get some donated pretty easily if you don't have your
own source.
