[teacherartexchange] donated item list?

Hi all,
I'm updating my 'parent letter' for my courses this year, and I'm wondering
what everyone puts on their list for donated items (if you do one).....
I have things like
- absorbant materials for rags
- empty single serving yogurt containers
- margarine/ice cream containers with lids
- unusual items for still life drawings

Any other great ideas to add to the list....
