[teacherartexchange] Drawing pencils - what is "F"??

OK, My students keep asking, and I just don't know the answer! If "H" stands
for hard in drawing pencils, and "B" for soft, and "HB" is the middle, what
the heck is "F"?? I figure if anyone knows, you all will! Thanks!
