[teacherartexchange] Jewelry Making Class in HS

Greetings All!
(sorry for duplicate postings for those who are on both the Yahoo group and
Getty)

As of this afternoon I found out that I am going to be teaching High School
this school year, no longer elementary. I am very excited for the new
challenges ahead.

I did find out that I will be teaching a semester long Jewelry Making class,
combined with a Graphic/Commercial art class. Jewelry and Graphic/Commercial
art meet at the same time every day. No one at the school was available today
to let me know if this one class is just Jewelry I, or a combo of Jewelry II,
III, etc.

Now, I personally have not done any jewelry making of any significance...well
ever. Anyone out there teaching Jewelry? Any ideas of resources, books,
websites, lessons that I should check out pertaining to Jewelry?
