I am entering my second year of having a legally blind student.With
corrected vision she is 20/400/ She will be blind very soon. The loss of
sight is pretty much of a medical mystery. Even though I teach a mostly
visual class she signed up for Art 2.
I am directing this to every one. It will be an interesting year. I would
like start a strand of how this works in other peoples classes. Are there
any art teaching texts for teaching one blind student in the midst of 20
Currently I make all handouts point 24, she sits in front of the t.v. for
videos. I have alternative assignments for she when we do still lifes.
What was difficult last year was she was placed in the period 7 yahoo art
