Hello fellow AOL teachers! I had the same problem with rejection of my
posts by Getty. I tried everything that I knew to find plain text, and nothing
worked. So, I got on a live chat with the AOL Techie, and they gave me a
simple way to solve the problem. They told me to RIGHT CLICK on my e-mail, after
composing my response, and chose "compose as plain text" at the bottom. It
works for me. Simple solution after a lot of stress!!
