[teacherartexchange] Storing Porfolios

Dear Fellow Educators,

On the topic of portfolios, where do you store all the portfolios? I
teach grades 4 - 8 approximately 375 students. I would love to be able
to keep their work in a portfolio where their work would be protected
and respected. I'm at a loss as to how I could do this effectively.

Please provide some ideas for housing?
