Perhaps, too, early on you could schedule 2 parents, so that a reliable
one could train the newbie.

What if you had the parents come in on a rotating basis. You could put

name at the end of the list (because she came in recently right?) and
tell
her that you'll be calling her soon when it's her turn again.
That's all I can think of.
