Dear Jan , I would love to share this...it is at school and I am at home:-)
Will round it up and send it on to you tomorrow... I have some of the lessons
on this computer but the blessing is at school. reminds me of yoga and
drawing on inner strength more than a christian slant. I think you will like it.
