I make big folders with two sheets of tagboard. I tape the sides together
and cut the edge of one a little shorter so it looks like a giant
envelope. I have a different folder for each artist and then folders for
categories like quilts, castles, stuff that I have big prints of. To keep
them all together I got my husband to build a big box of out plywood and
put it on rollers. I stand the folders up in the box in aphabetical order
by artists and then the category stuff behind the artists. I keep the box
rolled under one of my set-up tables in front of the room. Its right where
I need it and I can pull it out while I'm teaching. It works really well
for me.
