Please add me to your 'interested' list. I am surprised that you found similarities beyond the commonalities many artists share, altho, perhaps it will make sense once I think about it a while.

        Dear Group,
        I plan to write a lesson plan comparing & contrasting Horace Pippin (African American artist) and Vincent van Gogh and then teaching this unit to the 3rd -8th graders this year. Let me know if you would like this LP. Believe it or not, I found fascinating similarities.
