classes for imac/emac lab question

I have the chance to enhance our curriculum in 9-12 by adding another digital art class which would take place in our mac lab. It has about 8 computers. We already offer photoshop as a class (and of course yearbook) but I was wondering what other course offerings some of you might come up with for this lab. What subject could I teach? With what programs? I have a year to prepare, so I could take a class in the program or topic. Would any of you consider doing Art History this way? (There is no adjoining classroom space for studio.) Or should I combine with another subject area such as literature or Spanish to cross disciplines? Trying to brainstorm. Thanks.
