Read them a children's picture book. Change your voice for all the voices.
Move around them as you read, make motions that correspond to the story
(e.g., the book can become a butterfly) and really get them involved in the story.
They should create their own mental images. Afterward, you can compare
the book illustrations to their invented images. You should be able to jump
into illustration from there.
