watercolor paper

Has anyone ever used Sax's 90 lb watercolor paper. I believe I ordered 90 lb
instead of 140 so i'm wondering if the 90 will buckle a lot.
   Also, I know I asked about this before, but I've lost quite a few of my
old emails. Do I need to stretch watercolor paper to get good results? I'm
teaching 8th grade and i will have a couple of classes so I'm not sure how I would
even prepare the paper.
