Coil baskets--which culture?

I know that most cultures made/make different types of baskets, but coil baskets BEST represent the art/crafts of WHICH culture?
Reason I'm asking is that this year's theme for middle school (long story re: why I have to reinvent the wheel each year) is "A World Tour of Art." I'll be exploring a variety of different world cultures through different type of arts/crafts projects and pulling in as many native folktales and myths as I can, too. (At least I'm FINALLY starting to plan something--YIKES!)
I have projects in mind, like the baskets, that I want to include, but I'm trying to figure out which world destination would be best linked to this project. Bunki, any suggestions?
