RE: Bulletin Board - Art Room Displays - any ideas?

I found an old poster I had made that said, "No Heart, No Art" That has
become my opening theme. I cut out hearts of different sizes and scattered
them all over my bulletin boards and around the room. Some of them have
quotes on them such as "Learning is not a spectator sport." On my large
board with the hearts I have various posters about art. Linda in NC

Subject: Bulletin Board - Art Room Displays - any ideas?

Dear Art Educators,

It must be "that time" again. I have had folks searching my site for
Bulletin Board Display and Art Room Display ideas. At one time, I wanted to
put ideas on my WCOIL site, but ran out of server space. Michal Austin put
the Getty Thread on her site:

Post any creative ideas you have to the list and I will add on (providing a
link to Michal's list). If you have a photograph of your display send that
to me OFF LIST (

I'll compile the new ideas and share with all lists. It will be the first
Art Education Topic now that I get on the site. I have now begun to work on
the Files for Sharing index page. My goal is to have that ready to go by the
start of the school year.

I am going to be out of town today - so I won't be answering my mail until
this evening. Thanks in advance for sharing your ideas.
Ohio Folks - I am going to the Mazza Gallery in Findlay if you care to meet
me up there around 3:00 ish. I'm doing some antiquing with a friend first.
