Someone showed me an interesting self-portrait lesson using portraits of
children from the Renaissance. Kids studied the clothes and poses and then
drew/ painted themselves as a child in the Renaissance. They could also
collage in some fabrics- velvets/ velour, satin, lace for the clothes.
