Rennaisance Projects?

  Our all school theme this year is Middle Ages and The Rennaisance. Does
anyone have any "great ideas" on how to incorporate this into a K-5 art
program?
I think I really would want to do something with just 4th and 5th. So far I'm
thinking of constructing castles or dragons but that seems lame. Please help!
