Look at page 2 and page 6 under third year art students' art work on

The assignment on page 2 was to have a captured insect using at least two
different media
The student on page 2 used string, spray paint and acrylics.
The assignment on page 6 was to draw an insect but design it so it looks
like it is made out of metal parts. It was done in charcoal.
These were done on a large sheet of paper. They were very successful and
enjoyed by my 9th grade students.
