ESEA Elem and Sec Education Act...

Curious if anyone has information, or can direct attention to any particular
online site that gives background on the new ESEA (Elementary and Secondary
Education Act) that passed...as I hear that it establishes the arts as a
core subject area for federal funding.

That would be interesting and good to chew and digest this
information...thanks,
