Private lessons- how to group ages

I have about 6 kids interested in private lessons.
Problem is they are 3rd to 6th
How can I present lessons that are at each level?
They may be able to be seperated but maybe not.
Anyone have a suggestion.
Also how does one allow for missed days, make up days etc?
