budget cuts

What really burns my buttons are all these budget cuts in states where the
lottery is making millions and millions of dollars for EDUCATION!!!!!!! My
district, which quite frankly is a well off district, has combination classes
because they cut teachers! It is just so disgusting to me!!! As we can
easily afford to have small classes with the proper number of teachers! But
if the numbers aren't there...the they cut! It reall makes me very angry!
