We get 50 min planning period, 30 min duty free lunch, 15 - 20 min duty
after school, 30 min planning time after school except Wed when we have
monthly faculty meetings or the something came up meetings. One planning
period a week is devoted to team meetings.

I'm not sure how many minutes of personal plan time we are
contracted for each week, but the district gets to count the
time before students arrive and the time after they leave
as part of our plan time.
