Hi Linda,
    How the about Lascaux Cave Paintings? The horses have an amazing sense
of grace, especially considering they were painted in the dark. Or maybe
Horse and Rider by George Stubbs (an English painter). He studied horses for
over ten years, made hundreds of drawings of them and made a book of horse
paintings for artists and veterinarians.
