Don't forget Film, as well, video clips, showing movement,vs. a "still"
painting might be a great contrast. With younger kids, you could even
integrate dramatic movement.

Diego Velazquez has several paintings of Spanish royalty
on horseback. One that stands out in my mind has Prince
Balthasar as a child and the horse is foreshortened.
