Two of my 'table artists' this year are Stuart Davis and David Hockney

Any ideas on lessons incorporating Davis' his unique use of symbols, color
and shape for elementary students?

I was considering some early- in -the -year lessons with paintings of
water/beach/pools a' la' Hockney and I have some thoughts on painting
projects but if anyone has actually done some lessons with these artists with
success, I'd love more ideas!
