outreach to schools

I've been sort of "off" this list this past year with a job that had me
traveling too much. Now I'm settling down into a nice curator of educaton
position at a local art museum.

We will be focusing on outreach and I'm wondering what do you all think about
the best ways an art museum can reach the public schools? How can a museum
best support the work of art educators in public schools, specifically?
