Here's a couple more-

Candy Talk- Get a bowl of M&Ms or some small candies and as the kids
pass the bowl they have to tell something about themselves for each
candy they took. I usually limit it to 3. Starburst also work well for
this exercise. I've basically used it with smaller groups 12-15.

Likes and Dislikes- This is fun because the kids get to move around.
On one side of the room put up a sign that says LIKES and on the other
side of the room DISLIKE. Read aloud from premade cards (index) things
like- take walks, video games, reading, cooking, sunsets, babysitting.
Anyhow, each time you read one these cards kids move to the like or
dislike side. It is fun for them to see who likes or doesn't like the
stuff they like.
