Judy,
My district in El Paso, TX (EPISD) does not presently participate. I used to
when I lived in VA. I would be glad to pass information on to our Fine Arts
Director, Dave McIntyre. I would give you his e-mail but do not have it right
now. Let me know and I will discuss it with him.
We do art shows but in April and maybe it could be changed to March. It would
take some planning though because there are 3 districts (El Paso, Ysleta, and
Socorro ISD).
