Susan,
    Here you go:
    2 Cups Joy or similar dishwashing soap
    6 Cups Water
    3/4 Cup White Karo or similar syrup
1) Put the above into a container and shake well. Allow to settle 4 hours
before using.
2) Use a cake, pizza, or similar pan for suds.
3) Sip wand into pan with suds solution. Avoid foam: do not stir wand in
suds. For best results, move bubble wand through the air.
