No phone in the art room, nor in the whole fine arts building. Ditto for
internet access (of course), bathroom, water fountain, etc.

Told the kids last year that it was like being on Gilligan's Island--without
the professor. :-)

But it's a gorgeous 120+ year old building with wonderful space and huge
windows.

I was over today scoping out the mess in the room (custodians cleaned the
floors and piled *everything* in one corner...) and noticed that now we do
have some sort of integrated fire alarm system (we've had a sprinkler system
for a long time).

I have a (personal) cell phone that I use when I really, really need to get
in touch with someone in the main building.
