I agree with Vickie about how yoga grabs you... like
art. I've been doing it on an off for several years and
it's amazing how, whenever I feel too stressed or
otherwise too lethargic, I take a half hour to do some
asanas, or poses, and I get back on track. I use videos
to remind me of some poses or otherwise go with whatever
my boby wants. I love it.
