Some ideas that have proved successful in encouraging classroom teachers to use art resources:
Have an open house for teachers in your room after school, have all your curriculum resources on display, possibly give each teacher a list of the resources, and offer refreshments (optional).
If resources are checked out from the library, have a similar open house that runs all one day - teachers could come in on their planning period (refreshments good here, too).
See if you can give a short presentation about your resources during a faculty meeting.
Provide a checklist/request form and a list of all your resources.
Use the curriculum resources (such as reproductions) in your hall or school with displays of student work.
Good Luck!
