Lynda and all,
Try among others, Red Grooms, one of the original 'Happenings' NY
artists with Oldenburg and other Pop artists of his generation, who has
worked with parodies in his art. Linked below my signature, Grooms,
"Gertrude", aka Gertrude Stein. He also did similar pieces on Matisse
and Picasso, as a parody portrait series on the great Modernists .
"Gertrude" is sort of a pop up - Pop art piece... and great fun!
