Do you think that the size of these countries being so much
smaller has anything to do with it? The entire size of Europe
is smaller than some of our states. If we had a smaller area to
work with (can you say STATE control over FEDERAL?) then maybe
it would be easier. Then it would be on the particular state's
head to control only their population, rather than the whole
country!

Just a thought... Please don't slam me personally!

made a good point. Now what is HIS solution? Murder and hate may
always
be with us, granted, but some countries are much more successful
than we
are in reducing crime. Be interesting to research why?
