YOU TOO can select from the following major maths packages and enhance your
skills in the pleasant surroundings of the ancient city of York:
Geometer's Sketchpad
and applications of Microsoft Office including Excel and Access.

"Fathom" is the new dynamic statistics package (due August 1999) from the
home of Geometer's SketchPad. Special introductory prices will be available
for participants wishing to purchase these packages.

* select your own level - Beginner's, Intermediate or Advanced
* learn from 1 to 4 packages per day (we recommend a maximum of 2)
* 1-4 day courses include teaching ideas as well as technical skills

York Maths FunFair - Now an annual event!

This year's YMFF will be accompanied by a special "HIMED" event (History in
Maths Education). Both events will be at Burnholme Community College, York
on October 23rd 1999.
