I had a college professor who used to cut up the cardboard boxes from
packaging such as cereal boxes for mosaics. The variety of colors were
wonderful and the raised effect (of the cardboard) made it visually more
Wow! I am inspired. My "greeting card" connection, (she stocks the greeting
cards, and they throw out so many, she sends me BOXES AND BOXES of them) has
inundated me with leftover cards. I can chop them up for mosaics, and have
tons of textures and colors. Thanks!
