Yes, people kill people, but guns sure make it a heck of a lot easier.

However, I am certain that parents of some of those students at Columbine
High owned guns. Those guns did not prevent the horrbile situation on
Tuesday.

This notion of the "criminals," like they are all just waiting out there for
us to disarm ourselves, seems a little strange to me. Most victims of
homicide know the person who kills them. Most violent crime is not random.
The situation in Littleton fits that profile. These kids knew each other,
and the two who committed the murders had a purpose
