Kids enjoy "fence weaving".... on a big hurricane metal fence. They can
weave all sorts of plastic tape, fabric scraps, and so on into the fence.
It can look very KEWL! Of course, you have to "unweave" it later, which
is a bother, but it's still fun.

Kids also like to do "branch weaving"....a branch with three or more
prongs. First you wrap yarn or twine around and around the branches. Then
weave other stuff through these, like grasses and weeds, sewing trims,
yarn, feathers, and so on. Very popular!
