Re:a little more on Kosovo

The "ACT" link I mentioned in my previous message includes a link to Amnesty
International's site "The Road To Kosovo". As you might expect, it is
thorough and chilling, and they bring up some excellent points about the
refugees' human right, after the current fighting, to NOT return to a place
where there lives will likely continue to be in danger.
