When Elia Kazan got the award at the Academy Awards, I was very miffed; yet
"On the Waterfront" was one of my favorite movies. It really depends on the
person. I suppose you can separate the personal life and his/her
professional contribution and talents for some people----or you can forgive
them, i.e., in the case of Vanessa Williams. (Miss America?)
If they are the likes of O.J. Simpson....that's another story.
