const. paper crayons and book....

I tried the const. Crayola paper crayons yesterday and also have to exclaim
over them. I tried them on black const. paper along side reg. Crayola
crayons and, wow, what a difference. Each color shows up brilliantly, not
faded like regular, and blend well without much wax buildup. If you haven't
tried 'em, I'd recommend these.

I also got a great project-filled book of a full range of elementary
lessons (over 120) I bought at NAEA for grades K-6. If I were teaching
elem., I'd definitely have this one on my shelf. I liked it enough to buy
it for the resources it has for the prof. growth classes I teach. There's
some good ideas to take "up" to secondary level too. Anyway...it's called
ART PROJECTS BY DESIGN...A Guide for the Classroom...ISBN# 1-56308-441-4.
It's a fairly new book...copyrighted in 1997.
