YES! I have used the Createx mono print paint and it is terrific. I went to
a workshop at the CA , art educators conference and loved it. The paint
dries and with little pressure is transferred to a good print paper. We use
D'Arches 88 and just wet and blot till no surface water is present. The
plates are prepared by taping down high grade tracing paper or vellum to a
Plexiglas plate. Then rub gum arabic on it to size it and seal it for the
paint. When dry, paint on the createx and paint what you like, not too thick
though. After it is completely dry run through a press with 2 blankets and
newsprint and the print is made. You can even press it with a good strong
wooden rolling pin. They have a brochure available with instructions just
write or call them.
